    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using PilotAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

    2. Service Description

    PilotAgent provides AI-powered automation for Facebook Marketplace communications through:

    • Chrome extension for automated message responses
    • Lead capture and management dashboard
    • AI-generated contextual replies to buyer inquiries
    • Analytics and conversation tracking
    • Webhook integrations for external systems

    3. Subscription Plans and Billing

    Plan Types

    • Starter ($10/month): 1,000 responses, 7-day free trial
    • Professional ($20/month): 4,000 responses, lead capture, 7-day free trial
    • Enterprise ($50/month): 10,000 responses, all features

    Billing Terms

    • All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
    • Starter and Professional plans include a 7-day free trial
    • Payment processing handled securely by LemonSqueezy
    • Message limits reset monthly on your billing date
    • Unused messages do not roll over to the next billing period

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Send spam, harassment, or inappropriate content
    • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
    • Share your account credentials with others
    • Violate Facebook's terms of service or community standards
    • Use automated tools to create multiple accounts
    • Exceed your plan's message limits through circumvention
    • Share your Agent ID with anyone outside your business. It works like a password for your agent.

    5. Account Termination

    By You

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the LemonSqueezy portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your data. To delete it, see our Privacy Policy.

    By Us

    We may suspend or terminate your account for:

    • Violation of these Terms of Service
    • Non-payment after grace period (3 days for paid plans)
    • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
    • Violation of Facebook's policies that affects our service

    6. Refund Policy

    We offer refunds under the following conditions:

    • Technical issues preventing service use within 7 days of payment
    • Accidental duplicate payments
    • Service cancellation within 48 hours of first subscription

    Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and may take 3-7 business days. No refunds for partial month usage or upgraded plans.

    7. Data and Privacy

    Your use of PilotAgent is also covered by our Privacy Policy. In short:

    • We use your Facebook Marketplace chats only to write replies, save your leads and run the features you switch on.
    • Your leads and chats stay yours. You can export your leads from the dashboard at any time.
    • We never sell your data. We share it with the providers that run PilotAgent for us, such as our AI, hosting, email and payment providers, and with the analytics and advertising services that measure our website and our ads. Our Privacy Policy lists them all.
    • You can delete single leads in the dashboard. To delete your account and all its data, email contact@pilotagent.ai. We do it within 30 days.
    • You are responsible for using PilotAgent lawfully with your buyers.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

    • Facebook platform changes affecting our extension
    • Outages at our service providers, such as our AI, hosting or payment providers
    • Scheduled maintenance windows
    • Internet connectivity issues

    9. Limitation of Liability

    PilotAgent's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

    10. Intellectual Property

    PilotAgent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    You keep ownership of your data and content. You allow us to use it only to provide and improve PilotAgent for you, as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not use it to train AI models.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales or binding arbitration.
