PilotAgent is an AI-powered platform that automatically responds to Facebook Marketplace messages, captures buyer contact information, handles price negotiations, and organises everything in a built-in CRM. It works through a Chrome extension with no Meta API approval needed.
Quick Setup (5 minutes)
Create Your Account
Sign up at pilotagent.ai and choose a plan. Starter and Professional include a 7-day free trial.
Configure Your AI Agent
Open AI settings in your dashboard. Fill in the profile builder with your business details, how you like to talk and your rules on price.
Add Your Listings
Paste the links of your Marketplace listings on the Listings page, so the AI knows your real prices and details.
Install the Chrome Extension
Install it from the Chrome Web Store, click the PilotAgent icon in Chrome's toolbar and paste your Agent ID from the Overview page of your dashboard.
Go Live
Open facebook.com/messages in Chrome and select Marketplace on the left. PilotAgent replies while that tab stays open. When it starts, it also answers unread chats from the last 12 hours. Older unread chats are left for you.
