Listings Management
Your product listings are the AI's reference for accurate responses. When a buyer asks about price, condition, or availability, the AI pulls the answer directly from your listings.
Why Listings Matter
Without listings, the AI can only give general responses. With listings, it knows the exact price, condition, and details of every item you are selling. This means it can answer questions like "How much is the dining table?" with the actual price instead of a vague response.
Import by link first
The reliable way to add a listing is to paste its Marketplace link into the Listings page. We pull the title, price, description and photos ourselves, and the title matches your Marketplace listing exactly, so the AI always recognises it. Only add a listing by hand if you cannot import it, and copy the title word for word.
Adding a Listing
From your dashboard, go to the Listings page and click "Add Listing." For each product, include:
Product Name
Copy the title exactly as it appears on your Marketplace listing. This is how the AI recognises which listing a buyer is asking about.
Price
The listed price. The AI uses this for pricing conversations and negotiation.
Description
Key details about the item: dimensions, material, age, flaws, included accessories
Condition
New, like new, used, for parts. Helps the AI set expectations accurately.
Location
The area is what buyers ask about most. Facebook does not share the location of property listings, so add the area here unless it is already in the description.
Facebook writes property titles for you, so several of your listings can share the same title. When a buyer messages one of those, your agent gives the price range for that type of listing and asks which one they saw, instead of guessing.
Managing Listings
Edit anytime
Update prices, descriptions, or conditions. Changes take effect on the next conversation.
Remove sold items
Delete listings when items sell so the AI does not reference products you no longer have.
Per-agent scoping
On multi-agent plans, each agent has its own separate listing catalogue.
"Only reply to my configured listings"
This switch, in How PilotAgent behaves at the top of the AI tab, makes the AI answer only buyers asking about listings in your catalogue and skip everyone else. It recognises a listing by its title, so the title in PilotAgent must match the one on Marketplace. Imported listings always match. If you turn this on with a hand-typed listing whose title does not match, buyers on that listing will not get a reply, and it will look as if the extension has stopped working. If replies stop after switching it on, turn it off or re-import the listing from its link.
Tip: Keep listings up to date
The most common reason for inaccurate AI responses is outdated listing data. When you change a price on Marketplace, update it in PilotAgent too. When an item sells, remove it from your listings. If you retitle a listing on Marketplace, re-import it or update the title here so the AI still recognises it.
